Talican Republic - A Task to Overcome

As you know, the Talican Republic is non-existent, and making it existent will be a hard task.
That is why I invite you to the Talican Republic Organisational Committee (TROC)
Requirements for TROC:

• Must be a citizen of the Talican Republic
• Must be able to help in the making of the Talican Republic

Meetings for TROC will be determined when there is at least 1 person in the committee.
