Talican Republic - Claimed "Land"

The Talican Republic Is now (unofficially) claiming the area from (-172.747, 14.664) to (-173.444, 15.305). This means the Talican republic has and official location! This means you can now buy "land" to support the Talican Republic.

Talican Republic - A Task to Overcome

As you know, the Talican Republic is non-existent, and making it existent will be a hard task.
That is why I invite you to the Talican Republic Organisational Committee (TROC)
Requirements for TROC:

• Must be a citizen of the Talican Republic
• Must be able to help in the making of the Talican Republic

Meetings for TROC will be determined when there is at least 1 person in the committee.

After more reasearch, I have found more places in the ocean less than 200 m deep and out of EEZ bounderies where the Talican Republic might be located.

Talican Republic - Property

Due to the fact that the Talican Republic has a Timocracy government, there will be property for sale. The more property you buy, the more eligible you are for a higher position. Right now the prices are $1 per square foot. The price will get higher later on, so buy land now!

Government Positions right now are:

10 sq. ft. - Secretary (of the Department you choose)
20 sq. ft. - TBD
30 sq. ft. - TBD
50 sq. ft. - TBD
100 sq. ft. - Head of the department of your choice

Talican Republic - Government Update

The government system of the Talican Republic will be changed for republic to Timocracy (That is not a made up word. Search it up!)

either:a state where only property owners may participate in government; or a government where rulers are selected and perpetuated based on the degree of honor they hold relative to others in their society, peer group or class.

Some locations where the Talican Republic might be located at are:

Those are about all the places ideal for the Talican Republic that I could find in Google Earth. Any other places probably would have been to cold.

The type of government here in the Talican Republic will be republic (hence the name Talican Republic).  Because there will not be vary many people, I am sure the Talican Republic will literally be ruled by the people. Because the Talican Republic is not finished yet, this is subject to change.
