Talican Republic - Possible Location

Some locations where the Talican Republic might be located at are:

-The Zasosov Sea-mount

-The Valdivia Sea-mount

-The Saya de Malha Bank

-Osborn Plateau

-Hess Table-mount

-Cape Johnson Table-mount

-Great Meteor Table-mount

Those are about all the places ideal for the Talican Republic that I could find in Google Earth. Any other places probably would have been to cold.
