Due to the fact that the Talican Republic has a Timocracy government, there will be property for sale. The more property you buy, the more eligible you are for a higher position. Right now the prices are $1 per square foot. The price will get higher later on, so buy land now!

50 sq. ft. - TBD
100 sq. ft. - Head of the department of your choice
